Inspired by the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza & Louise Hay, she blends movement, mindfulness, and affirmations to help women harness the power of the mind. Through her teaching, Samantha guides her students to build strength and resilience while cultivating self-compassion and a deeper connection to themselves.
Wiktoria is a certified Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Women’s Health & Hormone Harmony Yoga teacher passionate about empowering women through movement, mindfulness, and self-awareness. She blends somatic practices, cyclical living, and sound healing in her offerings. Wiktoria also leads women’s circles and menstrual cycle workshops, offering nurturing spaces for growth, connection, and self-discovery.
Sedef is a trauma-informed somatic therapist, sound healer, and musician dedicated to
supporting others on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. Combining
evidence-based practices with the transformative power of sound and creativity, she creates safe spaces for clients to reconnect with themselves, release emotional blocks, and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and resilience.

Fly into Athens International Airport (ATH) and take the ferry to Naxos. The Athens port is Piraeus. The train takes you directly to the port (1.5 hrs. from the airport and about 20 mins from the city center of Athens)
The ferry journey takes approximately 4.5 to 5 hours. There are two departure times every morning (7:00AM and 9:15AM). Either option works. We’ll be doing pick up at 2pm. We recommend taking one of these ferries the morning of the retreat, June 16th, to ensure timely arrival.

Make the most of your trip! Arrive into Athens on Saturday the 14th spend a day exploring the city. The morning of the retreat June 16th, take the morning ferry to Naxos to begin your restorative escape!
For Departures we suggest staying until the 24th to have the opportunity to explore other islands like Santorini and Mykonos.
Yes, please be sure to note any allergies, intolerances or preferences when booking in the booking form. The retreat highlights local flavors of Greece including lamb and goat, vegetarian options are available.
For those traveling solo, we will connect you with other retreat guests ahead of time. This way, you can arrange to travel together if you prefer. This ensures that solo travelers feel more comfortable and have the opportunity to coordinate travel plans with fellow participants.
